The 2 year program is a highly regarded introduction to working in the defense industry and offers rotations through various engineering departments every 3 to 6 months. The Graduate Program is designed to be a challenging and rewarding experience that accelerates career development in a dynamic, inclusive and supportive culture.

This is an incredible opportunity for engineering students that have completed or are due to complete their qualification in 2023 within one of the following disciplines or equivalent:

• Electrical - Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
• Materials - Mechanical Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Materials Science (laboratory experience is desirable)
• Mechanical - Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
• Software - Computer Systems/Software Engineering, Computer Science
• Structural - Naval Architect, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering
